If your unit has missing, outdated or non-matching approved drawings, the corrected As-Built drawings must now be submitted together with DCD approval before the AOFC can be issued or renewed. Key points:
- DCD approval is required for fire & life-safety systems (fire alarm, firefighting, emergency lighting, exit signage, LPG) and for full-height partitions or enclosed rooms.
- Missing / corrected drawings — units with drawings that do not match the site must be regularised with updated As-Built drawings.
- Same DCD-registered contractor must apply for the DCD Initial / Final Approval.
